F.A.M.A. (Feria de Arte Mexicano Accesible) is the premier affordable art fair in Northern Mexico. From 2019 to 2024, Estudio Núñez-Zapata served as the official architectural partner, spearheading the exhibition design and construction of the fair. Rather than a static template, each edition required a bespoke architectural response to a different site within Arboleda, a high-end commercial and residential complex in San Pedro Garza García.

Our studio transformed raw commercial shells and parking spaces into high-end galleries. This design allowed for a fluid dialogue between the contemporary artworks and commercial environment of Arboleda, defining the spatial identity of the fair for five consecutive years.
